Jay T. Harvey is the founder of City Church. Jay has a heart for the city and those who may have been overlooked by others. City Church is an inner-city ministry that focuses on the simplicity of the Gospel and meeting the needs of others. Jay is also an author of 8 books including curriculum material for the Prison Ministry of Life Without Limbs and its founder Nick Vujicic. Jay has traveled the country and held events in over 100 prisons since 2017.
